Ultimate Healthy Me - Reflection Analytical Domain:  What new knowledge do I have? New Learning: What facts have we learned about our topic?   Imaginative Domain:  How did I show my learning? When could I use this learning? Organisational:  How could this learning make a difference to me or others? What have I learned to do? What tools did I use? What thinking skills did I use? Interpersonal:  What is my emotional connection to this learning? How do I feel about this learning? What did I enjoy most? What was challenging for me? How did I work with others?

Growth mindset vs Fixed mindset Growth mindset means you learn from your mistakes and never give up and a fixed mindset is giving up. Mistakes are good too because it helps you learn.  Why? We should have a Growth mindset because it helps you complete your tasks you are working on. We should have a Growth mindset because, when you try new problems and you keep on trying that means you have a Growth mindset. What? What is a Growth mindset? A Growth mindset is trying new challenges and never giving up. A Growth mindset is trying new challenges and your brain is working out and getting stronger and smarter. How? You can get a Growth mindset by challenging yourself, trying new things and trying again so you will achieve it. You can try different problems that you've been saying you can't do for a long time.
